The 19-57 dry powder fire extinguisher nozzle (also called nozzle or spray hose) is a key component of the fire extinguisher, used to spray the dry powder fire extinguisher to the fire source. It is usually made of pressure-resistant rubber or synthetic rubber.
Length: usually 40-80cm, to ensure that the user keeps a safe distance from the fire source.
Diameter: relatively thick (about 1.5-2.5cm) to adapt to the high-flow spray of dry powder.
End nozzle: generally trumpet-shaped or diffuse design to expand the coverage of dry powder and improve fire extinguishing efficiency.
Anti-static treatment: conductive materials or anti-static coatings are used to prevent static sparks when spraying dry powder (especially suitable for flammable and explosive environments).
Threaded or quick-connect type: tightly connected to the fire extinguisher valve to ensure that it is not disconnected during high-pressure spraying.
Leak-proof design: some nozzles have sealing rings at the interface to prevent dry powder leakage.
