4. **Press the pressure handle**: Use your other hand to press the pressure handle of the fire extinguisher, which will release the fire extinguishing agent.

5. **Aim at the fire source**: Aim the nozzle at the fire source and try to spray from the bottom of the fire source.

6. **Sweep fire extinguishing**: When spraying the fire extinguishing agent, sweep left and right to cover the entire fire source area.

7. **Keep a safe distance**: When using a fire extinguisher, keep a safe distance from the fire source.

8. **Evacuate the scene**: If the fire is too big and cannot be controlled, you should evacuate the scene immediately and call the fire department.

Please note that different types of fire extinguishers are suitable for different types of fires, for example:

- **Dry powder fire extinguisher**: Suitable for extinguishing solid, liquid and gas fires.

- **Carbon dioxide fire extinguisher**: Suitable for extinguishing electrical fires and liquid fires.

- **Foam fire extinguisher**: Suitable for extinguishing liquid fires.

Before using a fire extinguisher, it is very important to understand the type of fire it is suitable for and how to operate it. At the same time, regularly check whether the fire extinguisher is in working condition to ensure that it can be used normally in an emergency.
